Requirement: 1 - CA \ Oracle \ Sun IDM Professionals:

Job location – Mumbai \ Pune \ Bangalore.

Interview location – Mumbai \ Pune \ Bangalore.

Interview date – 21st Dec 13.

Time - 10 to 3 pm.

Job description for CA IDM.

3 to10 years of experience with 3-4 year in CA Identity Minder (CA IDM) or CA Governance Minder(CA RCM). Should have experience in integration of various applications with either of the products.
Good analytical skills, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
Technical development experience in Java/J2EE (i.e. JSP, Servlets, and JDBC etc.)
Good knowledge of LDAP and directories and integration of at least 2 LDAPs with Identity minder
Good knowledge of Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.

Requirement: 2 - Oracle IAM:

Job location – Mumbai \ Pune \ Bangalore.

Interview location – Mumbai \ Pune \ Bangalore.

Interview date – 21st Dec 13.

Time - 10 to 3 pm .

Job description for oracle Identity Management and/ or Access management.

3-10 years' experience in oracle Identity Management and/ or Access management with 11g implementation and development experience.
Experience in Oracle Access Manager integration with applications such as Oracle ERP, CRM, Websphere, Oracle and Weblogic etc.
Experience in integrating Oracle ERP, AD, Exchange, CRM, OID, databases, Unix with Oracle Identity Manager for user provisioning.
Expertise in generic connector development for Oracle identity manager for Web services and PL/SQL APIs exposed by target application
Technical development experience in Java/J2EE (i.e. JSP, Servlets, and JDBC etc.)
Good knowledge of LDAP and directories and integration of at least 2 LDAPs with Oracle Identity & Access Manager.
Good knowledge of Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.

Requirement 3: Application Security.

3 -12 years of experience in Information Security, with atleast CEH or ECSA certifications. Additional certifications like CISA or CISSP will be a significant advantage.
Good knowledge of secure software development standards, process, techniques and tools
Expertise in web application penetration testing and network penetration testing
Good knowledge of hardening guidelines for database, server, firewall etc.
Good knowledge of security technologies for secure software development such as cryptography, authentication techniques and protocols etc.
Good understanding of security development lifecycle processes across technologies.
Dot Net and Java knowledge / experience
Good communication skills
