Card Sales Associate
Contribute to consistently deliver on the cards targets as defined in the operating plan.Ensure a consistently high level of product and service delivery for relevant customer/
corporate touch points.
Ensure minimal customer complaints and timely / effective resolution in case of a complaint.
Ensure bank processes are followed with regards to product documentation, system usage,
complaint management etc.
Safeguard the bank from potential loss / damage arising out of customer complaints.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess any degree from a recognised university.
Preferably with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role selling financial products.
