Job Description

Tech Support Engineer
The Associate Implementation Specialist II will be providing services to EMC Customers. The
extent of these services will include installing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting and
supporting EMC products, and the integration of these products with others in a dynamic
customer environment that may be complex.

Responsibilities
Sound Expertise in AIX, UNIX, Linux with Cluster, HACMP and VIO administration.
Should have exposure to other operating system like HP-UX/Linux.
VMWARE or any other Unix operating system
Strong LVM skillfulness
Expertise on Linux kernel and OS related issues
Great communication
EMC Storage and exposure to Timefinder/SRDF is an added advantage
Knowing a Storage and EMC storage product is an additional advantage.
Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts (Rotation Shifts).
